Extremely thin with extremely low levels of intensity, it has always been with us. It is nothing new.

Recently stumbled onto this Perth-based clothing co. that is entirely operated and owned by skateboarders. Here's a preview of their upcoming collection w/ a video of them above and their items after the jump. Check out their site here.
I guess we all could've expected another "True Blue" release after the white/cement dropped a few months ago. Same traditional elephant pattern around toe and heel along with white leather upper. And importantly, the blue trim for the midsole adds the finishing touch. Available June 4th - Retailed at $150 US.
I was lucky enough to catch last years show and I wouldn't say this lineup is better but there's a few I still need to catch live. Blackstar, Slaughterhouse and Blu + Exile are notables. Hopefully I can snag a ticket and load up the car again. Dowe and Chuck, what were you thinking?

"Mos Def will play a hardened ex-con who claims to have found religion yet seems to continually find himself surrounded by violence. Michael C. Hall's Dexter will reveal the truth of who he really is." - Billboard

Lauryn Hill came on Late Night this past Friday and performed the popular Could You Be Loved in sight of the week-long remembrance of Bob Marley's legacy. And if you weren't aware, last week marked the 30th anniversary of his passing.
I would've like to see The Roots behind her for this performance. Regardless, well done by L Boogie and her travel band.

A film of band instructor, Conrad "Prof" Johnson and his team of musicians. During the 1970s, this stage band from Kashmere High School in Houston made a name for themselves through their incorporation of funk, jazz and soul, not to mention still enduring their teenage years. Executive producer Jamie Foxx invites you to join Thunder Soul as they reunite after 35 years to see if they still got it. I'm looking forward to peeping this in the fall.
